Maintenance
CareTech’s Maintenance division is responsible for maintaining the operational estate of over 500 services throughout the UK as well as carrying out minor refurbishments and alterations. Other responsibilities include fire safety and grounds maintenance.
The Building Maintenance Group includes roles and opportunities:
- Estates Director
- Trades Supervisor/admin roles
- Carpenters and Joiners
- General Duties staff with trade backgrounds
The principal duties of the Group are to carry out various building maintenance projects e.g. the upkeep and repair of doors, windows, walls, floors and ceilings to achieve the high standards needed across our estate.
