Complex Home Care
Specialist care and support for individuals with complex or long-term healthcare needs, in their own home.
Care is usually provided by skilled, nurse-led teams who are trained to care for individuals with a range of complex support needs including the management of respiratory problems requiring ventilation and tracheostomy care and percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) or dysphagia feeding regimes. Carers may also support individuals with personal and domestic tasks, attending healthcare appointments, college and/or work and social engagements.
