Allied Health Professionals (AHPs) play a crucial role in helping those with lived experience to live life as fully as possible. CareTech employ many different AHPs who work as a part of a central clinical team or in our specialist services.
Work experience and Tlevel pathways: Getting experience can put you on the road to a career as an AHP. Work experience provides you with an insight into professions and gives you access to training courses that will provide you with a foundation on which to progress your career. The courses will enable you to decide whether you want to progress into university degrees and apprenticeships, or vocational support roles.
New beginnings – starting your first steps as an allied health professional, we provide a range of learning pathways in collaboration with our university partners, that progress your professional development whilst gaining practical work based experience.
Continuing professional development (CPD) - Personal and Professional Development helps manage your own learning and growth throughout your career. Continuous learning helps open up new doors in your career, keep your skills and knowledge up to date and ensure you practice safely and legally.
