CareTech has been operational since 1993 providing high quality care to people with complex care needs, and we are now focused on bringing the same passion, commitment and service to the MENA region. Our objective is to help governments, service providers, not for profit organisations and other stakeholders across MENA. We aim to improve awareness, quality and access for People of Determination (or People of Disability) to services that will enhance and build on their undoubted abilities. 

In simple terms we wish to bring ‘Extraordinary Days Every day’ to the people whom we take pride in caring for. 

We are however, acutely aware that an approach to care that suits one country does not necessarily make it successful in another country. Hence our services in MENA are tailored to the needs of our service users within the cultural settings of the country we operate in. 

At CareTech MENA our aim as a service model is to provide a continuum of care for all our service users; to provide solutions that consider the physical, emotional wellbeing and care needs of the individual. 

We have offices in both the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with plans to expand further into the MENA countries. 

With the growing awareness in the region of the importance of Mental Health and Wellbeing, we are already the largest service provider within this sector in the UAE. Our two businesses: The American Centre for Psychiatry and Neurology and AS/Macani Medical Centre provide over 10,000 consultations to both children and adults across the Emirates. 

Our highly experienced team of over 100 clinical staff also ensure that service users benefit from completely integrated care plans. 

Over the coming months we will be expanding our service offerings to include; 

• Specialist Education 
• Neurological and other Rehabilitation Services 
• Long Term Care based in the Community 
• Homecare 

As a group CareTech has embarked on an ambitious programme to become a digital leader in the disability and specialist social care sector. We will deliver a programme of high impact technology service developments to support our service pathway. The MENA region will be an important region for the roll out of technology-based solutions. Indeed, we are already looking to work with our broad range of stakeholders with the roll out of AAC aides created by SmartBox, a leading global technology company.
