We offer supported living in the community for young people and vulnerable adults in West London.
Our aim is to create the right supportive environment in which people can make their own choices, achieve their goals and become independent.
We believe that every person receiving our services should be central to the planning of their support, which is designed to build skills in daily living, communication and social skills. It aims to grow their abilities in personal care, health and well-being, finances and tenancy, food, leisure and recreation, medication and employment / volunteering.
Our goal is to support and encourage individuals to speak and advocate for themselves, help them integrate into the community and lead full and active lives.
