Park Lane, Specialist Residential Care.
Park Lane supports men and women with a range of complex needs associated with their mental health. We assist them to develop their independent living skills and improve social functioning by building on existing strengths. We empower users of the service to make decisions for themselves and promote their right to choose.
Our around-the-clock support is tailored to meet the needs of each individual and will be adapted as they develop resilience, coping strategies, confidence and self-reliance.
Activities are planned through personal choice and may include a variety of individual and group sessions. We encourage users of the service to access the community on a daily basis and support them to identify meaningful social and leisure activities.
Park Lane is a five bedded residential care home situated in Fareham; a market town at the north-west tip of Portsmouth Harbour, between the cities of Portsmouth and Southampton in south east Hampshire.
