Supported living in West Yorkshire for those with mental health and learning disability needs.
Franklin provides high quality residential care and support to adults with challenging behaviour, mental illness and learning difficulties across Yorkshire.
The service offers 24-hour support within a shared housing setting, for individuals with a learning disability and/or mental health diagnosis through a person-centred approach. The aim of the service is to provide a safe and homely environment that promotes independence whilst enhancing the individuals’ living skills. This is carried out with a view to the person moving on to a less supported setting.
Each with their own highly trained manager, our homes have a team of experienced and dedicated staff, who support service users with a variety of essential life skills, including cooking, cleaning and socialising with others. Our Consultant Psychologist builds a holistic, bespoke and non-invasive package of care for each client to help stimulate independence and reach their goals.
More about us
Ultimately, we want to build confidence and empower each individual to achieve a better quality of life, and a more stable independent future. Many people go on to live in a home of their own. We have created a positive environment where people can develop self-help skills and get used to having the opportunity and desire to do things for themselves. We maintain individual professional support systems with other agencies and with families.
