Sharon Chancellor, the Manager of Yorkminster Drive, said: “There’s no one who deserves recognition more than her. She is an amazing woman. She’s such a down-to-earth person and has an amazing sense of what is right and wrong. All the residents and staff love her. She has helped and supported all of our residents in every shift, no matter what is happening. She has been a constant in their lives. She paints a smile on her face and brings an energy that many people just cannot match. She has never ever shown anything but happiness.”

I am so thankful for the people I support. I get so much from them. They have helped me through some hard times in my life and kept me going.”
One resident praised Susan’s caring approach: “Sue is my friend. She talks to me, looks after me, and she makes me happy.”
