Purpose Report

Our annual Purpose Report sets out the achievements to date in delivering on the Group’s commitment to sustainability as set out in our CARE4 strategy.  The report also sets out where progress has not been achieved as we would have liked, as we consider it important to be transparent about the challenges we face.

The Purpose Report encapsulates our core mission and values, providing a transparent overview of our progress and achievements. It incorporates our Sustainability Manifesto, a pledge from our CEO Haroon Sheikh, to lead the social care sector’s quality provision.
