National Event
Our National CareTech Care Awards were held on November 21st at Brocket Hall in Welwyn Garden. Staff, Colleagues and National Winners from across the whole of the CareTech family came together for a wonderful day of celebration and recognition that culminated in our two overall National Winners being announced on the day.
This year our Care Awards had a phenomenal response with 1350 nominations being received from across the whole of the CareTech family, each one highlighting just how amazing our staff are in providing extraordinary days every day for the individuals we support and care for.
Specialist Services Division Regional Awards
CareTech’s 9th Annual Care Awards kicked off in style on Thursday September 12th, with Specialist Services holding their Regional Awards in Northampton.
Hosted by Debbie Curtis (Performance Director, Specialist Services) the day was a wonderful success celebrating the amazing work that CareTech’s staff and colleagues do in supporting the individuals that we care for.
There were many cheers and even a few tears as the nominees and winners were announced to rapturous applause.

North and Midlands Regional Awards
CareTech’s 9th Annual Care Awards for the Adults, Midlands and North Regions took place on September 25th in West Bromwich.
Deana Whittle and Rob McAfee (Performance Directors for North and Midlands, respectively) hosted one of the happiest, most heart-warming and emotional Care Awards that we have ever seen, as staff and supported individuals came together to celebrate the amazing work that takes place across the whole of the North and Midlands Regions.
In addition to the Awards, two of the individuals we support shared their stories with all in attendance, detailing their journey with CareTech and the wonderful progress they are making.
There were many worthy winners and nominees but these Awards were truly a celebration of everything North and Midlands.

Our Regional Care Awards for the South & Central Regions took place on October 24th in Waltham Abbey and the whole day was a wonderful celebration of some truly inspiring individuals, teams and Services and the amazing work they do for the individuals we support and care for.
