Senior appointment: Director of Quality for Adults and Specialist Services

CareTech has appointed Kelly Mendis-Gunasekera as Director of Quality for our Adults & Specialist Services. Kelly has over 30 years’ experience within the health and social care sector, most recently at Priory in a senior position responsible for quality. Her early career as a support worker saw her gain frontline experience which has been invaluable during various management, ops and quality roles.

Kelly says, “I truly believe in care as a career - the job satisfaction you get from supporting people on a daily basis to live their life to the fullest. Hearing someone laugh, seeing someone smile and being there for life’s up’s and downs is why we have all chosen this specialised sector.
