Do you have strong Excel skills, experience with Power BI and a knack for making data tell a story?

CareTech is looking for a Junior Commercial Data Analyst to join our growing Commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in improving how we use data, supporting smarter business decisions and helping drive commercial performance across a diverse national organisation.

What will you be doing?

You'll work alongside our Commercial Data Manager and colleagues across Procurement, Fleet and Finance, helping turn data from multiple business areas into clear, accurate and useful information.

2 years' experience in a data analyst or similar role.

Strong Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables and formulas.

Intermediate VBA skills, with the confidence to write and maintain macros.

Practical Power BI experience, including building or maintaining reports, working knowledge of DAX and data modelling.

A keen eye for detail and the patience to tackle complex or messy datasets.

Great problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate findings clearly.

The confidence to work independently while being a positive team player.

Even better if you have: Power Query, SQL, financial modelling, project experience or exposure to health, social care or another regulated environment.
