Cambian New Elizabethan School is seeking a passionate and experienced Behaviour Lead to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a small, supportive school setting with just 46 pupils.
As Behaviour Lead, you will drive whole-school behaviour strategies, deliver staff training, and lead restorative practices. You will take responsibility for health and safety aspects including ISS – Part 5, and oversee all school risk assessments. The successful candidate must be CPI trained or a CPI trainer and will play a key role in liaising with parents and external agencies, supporting our inclusive and nurturing environment.
