Location: Wythenshawe
Salary: £13.29 per hour
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 Hours per Week)
Shift Pattern: Days & Nights | Rota Basis

You will support adults aged 18+ with a range of needs, including:
Learning Disabilities
Autism
ADHD
Anxiety
Bipolar Disorder
Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD)
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
Schizophrenia
Trauma-related Needs
Self-Harming Behaviours

What Will You Be Doing?
No two days are ever the same. You will support people to:
Maintain their personal care and wellbeing
Develop cooking and meal preparation skills
Build confidence and independence in everyday living
Manage household tasks and maintain their home environment
Access community activities, education, leisure, and employment opportunities
Achieve personal goals and aspirations
Develop social skills and meaningful relationships
Participate actively in daily decision-making
Manage challenges using trauma-informed approaches
Promote positive outcomes through Positive Behaviour Support
Build trusting relationships based on dignity, respect, and choice

Essential Requirements
Previous experience supporting individuals with complex needs
Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays
Strong communication and written skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Confidence working independently and as part of a team
Enhanced DBS check (paid for by CareTech)
Drivers are preferred but not essential.
