Job Title: Senior Referral Coordinator
Hours: 40 per week Monday – Friday (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £30,000
Location: Stockport (Hybrid)

Referrals Team Leader will be responsible for the day-to-day quality output from the referral team coordinators. Ensure all provider requests are responded to in a timely manner. Work closely with the Team Manager to highlight successes and areas of improvement for each individual and the team as a whole.
Through line management support from the Referral Team Manager develop the referral coordinators and admin support deliver the efficient management of all referrals received direct from LA’s, through portals and via Commissioning Managers
To provide referral volume insight, report on referral trends and provide daily live offer updates for colleagues and Service Leads
Ensure all offer documentation and fees are 100% compliant and accurate
To support the Referral Co-ordinators with their daily tasks
To support all internal customers mainly Commissioning Managers with their daily tasks
Manage the referral inboxes and liaise with the LA’s for further detail to get the right child in the right home to maximise success for the child’s placement with us and enhance their life and development.
To provide accurate daily reports

Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional communication skills and the capacity to influence across all levels of the organisation.
- Experience working in a childcare environment is advantageous.
