Residential Support Worker (Children’s Residential Care, Full-Time)

LOCATION - NEWTOWN, POWYS (Residential Care Home)

Salary : £28,632.24 - £31,253.04 per annum (including sleep-ins  )

FULL UK MANUAL DRIVER LICENCE ESSENTIAL

Shift pattern 3 on 6 off, or 2 on 4 off. INCLUDES SLEEP IN'S ( £67.50 per sleep in )

We are looking for a Residential Support Workers / Children’s Support Worker / Care Worker to join our team! Who share the same values as we do? Our Residential Support Workers receive specialist training in respect of early trauma, CSE, HSB, Children’s rights and participation. We work to a multi-disciplinary approach with clear measurable outcome.

Essential

Hold a full manual driving licence
Able to work shift pattern of 3 on 6 off or 2 on 4 off including Sleep In’s
Energetic and able to work in a fast-paced residential care environment
Enjoy activities and engaging with children and young people what activities, such as arts and crafts and outdoor games and activities.
