We are recruiting a Support Worker to join our service in Sherwood, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. Whether you’re new to care or experienced, this is an opportunity to build a rewarding, long-term career - any truly make a difference!
About the Service - Sherwood
Sherwood supports 16 men and women between the ages of 18 and 65 whom have mental health disorders and mild intellectual disability.
The service is located on the outskirts of Nottingham city centre, easily accessible by bus and tram. There is also parking at the service. The team work with the residents to maximise mental wellbeing, physical health, social functioning and improve quality of life

This is not an exhaustive list of duties and responsibilities. The post holder may be required to undertake other duties following appropriate discussion with their line manager.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking people who are caring, patient, and respectful, with a positive and resilient approach. You should be confident working independently and within a team, have good communication skills, basic IT and written abilities, and be flexible and reliable.
