Role Description

Care Support Worker - Night shifts - The Oakleaf Group 

Location: Hartwell, Northampton 

Permanent| Full Time| 37.5 per week (rota -based)

Rate: £13.03 per hour

The Oakleaf group are seeking to recruit Care Support Workers for night shifts to join the team at their site in Hartwell, Northampton. The successful candidate will be able to work flexible working hours and have the passion to make a difference to the lives of those they support. 

About the service - The Oakleaf Group

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established multi disciplinary team working within the field of acquired brain injury. The Oakleaf Group currently caters for a male client base specialising in neurological rehabilitation across various sites.

This role is based in one of 4 units at our Hilltop House site at Hartwell in Northampton, currently rated as Outstanding by CQC.

Working for this Leading Care Provider you will be instrumental in the provision of care and therefore it is desirable that you have a proven track record working in a similar position within the care sector.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Caring environment preferred, but not essential
  • Able to work days, evenings, nights, weekends and Bank Holidays
  • Good communication skills, allowing you to engage & interact with our residents
  • Ability to keep calm under pressure
  • Confidence to work alone and also be part of a team (family)
  • Passionate about making a difference to someone else life
  • Good written skills

The Role:

  • Willingness to work towards Level 2 in Health and Social Care
  • Ability to work unsociable hours on a rota basis
  • Enhanced DBS required (paid for by CareTech)
