Role Description

Role: Waking Night Support Worker.

Location - Brierley Hill,  Dudley

Pay:£14.86 per hour 

You will need to have the Right to Work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available for this role.

What You’ll Do

  • Create a warm, homely environment.
  • Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.
  • Fun activities like trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative projects.
  • Keep essential records for high-quality care.
  • New staff must be comfortable using an electronic care recording system on a daily basis to document, monitor, and update children and young people’s records accurately. Experience with Clearcare is an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be provided. However, all staff are expected to confidently use digital systems as part of their day-to-day role.

Who You Are:

  • Warm, patient and caring with a focus on others
  • No experience needed - full training provided 
  • A real desire to make a difference every day
  • Drivers licence is preferred but not essential
  • Must be able to work a variety of shifts including weekends and sleep in’s.
