We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead and develop our soon to open Supported Living Service in Aldershot. You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations, including people, quality and commercial management while ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and delivering outstanding standards of support
About the Service – Windsor Way
This is a Supported Living Service for adults aged 18 years and over with mental health needs.
There are 14 fully self-contained flats, that are located centrally to GP services, Community mental health team, employment and social opportunities.
Each resident will hold their own tenancy, has exclusive use of their flat and receive support separately from housing.
Windsor Way is within walking distance of high street with main shop amenities, transport links and local parks.
