Marketing Administrator

???? £23,000 – £25,000 per annum, depending on experience
???? Full-time | 6-month fixed-term contract (with potential for extension)

About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing Administrator to support a busy marketing team across a range of digital and administrative activities. This role plays a key part in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly—managing enquiries, updating website content, and supporting marketing campaigns.

By taking ownership of routine tasks, you’ll enable the wider team to focus on strategic initiatives and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Inbox and Enquiry Management

Monitor and manage shared inboxes
Respond to enquiries or route them to the appropriate teams
Maintain timely, professional communication with schools and stakeholders

Website Updates and Content Support

Upload and update website content, including news, policies, and pages
Ensure consistency across multiple websites
Support content collation for larger web projects

Marketing and Social Media Support

Schedule and upload social media content
Assist with email campaigns and newsletters
Support basic reporting and performance tracking

General Marketing and Administrative Support

Provide day-to-day support to the marketing team
Assist with ad hoc projects as required

Skills and Experience

Essential

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Clear and professional written communication
Comfortable using digital systems and tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload

Desirable

Experience with website CMS platforms (e.g. Umbraco or WordPress)
Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools
Experience using email marketing systems
Previous experience in a marketing or administrative role
