House Keeper

Role Description

Role; Housekeeper.

Location: Stockton on Tees

Hours: 35 hours per week 

Pay: £12.84 per hour

Job role
To be part of a team offering a comprehensive residential service to children and young people, by ensuring we offer a clean safe and environment friendly home which meets the needs of our young people. You will be responsible for 

• Cleaning -ensuring a high standard of cleanliness throughout the centre,
• Liaise with management and staff in relation to daily chores requiring completion
• Ensure all facilities are cleaned to a high standard as well as maintaining up to date stock levels and record keeping.
• Report any maintenance issues to the manager.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience
• Good communication with colleagues and young people
• Be able to work as part of a team
• Have a flexible approach to work
• Good organisational skills.
• Knowledge of Health and safety requirements surrounding the cooking and preparation of food
• Food hygiene knowledge
