Role Description

Part Time Administrator/Minute Taker

Location: Hartwell, Northampton

Permanent| Part-time| 14 hours per week (8.30am - 4.30pm, Mondays and Fridays)

Rate: £13.41 per hour

The Oakleaf Group are currently recruiting for a part time Minute Taker/Administrator, to support the Interdisciplinary Team at Oakleaf's main site in Hartwell. 

The Minute Taker/Administrator is responsible for providing high quality clerical and administrative support to the Multidisciplinary Team at Oakleaf. In addition the Minute Taker/Administrator  will be responsible for specific projects as directed by the Deputy Director.

The Minute Taker/Administrator will report directly to the Deputy Director.

About the Service - The Oakleaf Group

The Oakleaf Group has firmly established itself as one of the leading providers of community based brain injury rehabilitation, providing clients with a high standard of nursing care and an intensive therapeutic rehabilitation programme. This is an excellent opportunity to work with an established service for adults who require nursing care, personal care and rehabilitation programs because of their long-term neurological conditions including acquired brain injury.

The Role

You will:

  • To arrange and co-ordinate setting residents review meetings, ensuring that all relevant parties (internal and external) are invited to attend. 
  • To attend resident review meetings and produce accurate and comprehensive minutes/summaries. 
  • Co-ordinate the assembly and distribution of resident assessment review reports within agreed timescales. 
  • To attend daily Safety Huddle meetings and produce minutes and action log. 
  • To attend resident Core Team meetings and Best Interest meeting and produce and distribute minutes. 
  • To attend ad hoc meetings and produce and distribute minutes. 
  • To attend weekly Multidisciplinary Team meetings and produce and distribute minutes as directed. 
  • To provide reception cover.
