Led by performance director, Kathy Swannell, Oakleaf specialises in all neurological conditions and was recognised for outstanding clinical practice, leadership and person‑centred care. The award celebrates teams that consistently deliver high standards while improving outcomes for people who use services.
Oakleaf was commended for its strong clinical leadership, commitment to inclusion and equality, and dedication to delivering compassionate, individualised care. The team’s work has enhanced patient and carer experience, strengthened service performance and made a meaningful difference to the lives of those they support.
