Uplands

Uplands Independent Hospital provides high quality assessment, treatment, rehabilitation and ongoing care to individuals aged 18-65. They may be informal guests or subject to a Detention Order under the Mental Health Act 1983.

We have a professional, multi-disciplinary mental health team who work closely to achieve and maintain the mental and physical well-being of every individual. We are dedicated to treating residents with the utmost of respect, and helping them to achieve their full mental, physical and social potential in order to enjoy maximum independence and quality of life.

Uplands is situated in its own extensive grounds on the outskirts of Fareham, Surrey.

Towards independence, community living and mental health recovery Uplands is set in spacious grounds on the outskirts of Fareham. It combines the space of a Georgian Manor House with an experienced and qualified staff team, to support people with the most complex mental health needs. We have a strong track record in working both with people making the step down from more secure to open community settings, and with people who continue to experience treatment restive symptoms.

  • For over 20 years Branas Isaf have been delivering an outstanding integrated model of education, therapy and therapeutic care to young people who present with a specific range of complex interpersonal behavioural issues.

  • We have provided training, coaching and consulting since 1994. We specialise in health and social care, both with adults and children and have grown to become a significant quality provider of apprenticeships.

  • Franklin domiciliary support helps young people and adults with complex mental health problems or neurological conditions, to live as independently as possible in their own homes.
